What types of shipping methods do you offer?
Primarily we use DHL or FedEx for orders from the USA and Canada, but we ship with any other
carrier at the customer's request. Please check out the single unit rates for insured shipping to USA/Canada!

How long will it take before I receive my order?
Most orders are shipped the same day as payment is received. We ship all laptop orders within 48 hours of receiving
your order. Arrival time is based on the shipping method you select.
How will I know when my order ships?
You will receive an email confirmation stating when your order will be shipped and the tracking number once sent.
International buyers will receive the Airwaybill along with the Flight number via e-mail.
If I am in the local area, can I pick up my order?
